These truffle sausages can be served at the beginning of the meal with a green salad or as a main dish with fresh pastas or potatoes.
Cooking : make a hole in the bag, warm it up 3 minutes in the microwave (600w). Take the sausages out of the bag, and brown them in a pan or on a barbecue.
Ingredients : pork lean and fat, duck lean, 5% truffles, salt, pepper.
Expiration date: two months in the fridge between 0 and 4 Celsius grad.
