Accompany your meat or fish with these delicious summer truffle tortellini.
Bring a pan of salted water to the boil with a drop of oil. Add the tortellini and cook for 5 to 6 minutes stirring regularly. Drain. Serve accompanied with liquid crème fraiche, basil, garlic, parsley, white or black truffle oil. Give free rein to your imagination.
You can also place them in an oven-proof dish with a knob of butter and a little liquid crème fraiche. Grate some cheese over and place them in the oven until golden brown. Or simply cover them with a truffle sauce.
The essential gourmet treat: decorate these dishes with some slivers of fresh truffles.
