Use: the summer truffle sauce is ready to use. Simply reheat in a saucepan and serve with any roast, meat, fish, pasta, rice, etc.
Ingredients: veal stock, summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum), single cream, modified starch, wheat flour, duck fat, summer truffle juice (Tuber Aestivum), corn flour, salt, truffle aroma, (hazelnuts, sulfites), black pepper, Arôme Patrelle.
Shelf life: 2 years minimum.
