Very easy to use. The summer truffles are very finely chopped and ready to use.
Use: just add oil, salt and pepper with a little garlic to create the traditional sauce for toasts, pasta, meat and fish. Equally delicious used to make the famous summer truffle omelettes, it can be enhanced with a drop of dry white wine or a little truffle-flavoured aperitif.
