Rice with black truffles 200 g
All the ingredients are brought together to prepare an excellent black truffle risotto: carnaroli rice and dried black truffles (Tuber Melanosporum).

2 portions.

Empty the contents of this packet with 700 ml water into a saucepan and add a stock cube. Bring to the boil. Cook for 16 min stirring from time to time. When the risotto is ready, add a knob of butter and a spoonful of parmesan. You can also add a few drops of black or white truffle oil.

Ingredients: Carnaroli rice, dried black truffle (Tuber melanosporum Vitt) 0.5%, aroma.
