Ingredients for 4 people: - 30g of black truffles Pieces or Tiny Pieces - 8 eggs - 50g of butter - Salt and pepper
Preparation: Cut the black truffles in thin lamellas. Mix it with eggs. Wait for a moment and add the truffles juice (truffle can's juice).
Let the truffles impregnate the eggs for 1 to 24 hours. Beat the eggs and make the omelet with salt and pepper.
Presentation: At the serving time, garnish the top of the omelet with two or three truffles lamellas.
