The bianchetti truffle is a common species in Italy. Similar in aroma and flavour to the white truffle, it is ideal used with white truffle oil or butter.
Use: the traditional way to enjoy them is with white truffle oil or butter, cut into thin slices, barely heated, sprinkled with parmesan, excellent on toast, on pasta, meat, fish and salads.
Ingredients: Bianchetti truffles (Tuber Albidum Pico), water, salt.
