All the ingredients are brought together to prepare an excellent black truffle risotto: carnaroli rice and dried black truffles (Tuber Melanosporum).
Empty the contents of this packet with 700 ml water into a saucepan and add a stock cube. Bring to the boil. Cook for 16 min stirring from time to time. When the risotto is ready, add a knob of butter, a spoonful of parmesan and the content of the sachet of truffle oil.
