Very easy to use. The Tuber Melanosporum black truffles are very finely chopped and ready to use.
Use: just add oil, salt and pepper with a little garlic to create the traditional sauce for toasts, pasta, meat and fish. Equally delicious used to make the famous black truffle omelettes, it can be enhanced with a drop of dry white wine or a little aromatic truffle concentrate.
Ingredients: black truffle breakings (Tuber Melanosporum Vitt) 70%, black truffle juice 27%, corn starch, chicory dietary fibre, salt, acidity regulator: E 330.
